”Caw caw, “ said the wise crow as it sat on the clothesline, before it continued: “because what is the extra in the ordinary if not a stowaway in the high speed motion picture that is the common continuity of time passing? Just watch me now!” And when the bird took flight, I got it: with the flap of a wing, time stood still between moments and suddenly the crow was no longer a most ordinary creature, but a plumed mystery in the sky.
